NEWLY updated house & backyard oasis! Comfortable living space. Spacious Backyard with multiple areas to relax, lay in the sun, read a book, visit, get away by yourself. Large Heated pool with diving board, basketball hoop, cooling sprinklers, benches, floaties. Outdoor shower. Triple gazebo with hot tub, bar, TV, misters and comfy sitting area. Beautiful rock waterfall and pond. Relaxing, shaded hammock area. Grassy area for outdoor games – play cornhole, spikeball and KanJam. Lighted Gazebo with a ping pong table. Beautiful extendable outdoor table that seats up to 10 people. Also umbrella with round table and chairs for more outdoor seating. Outdoor grill with umbrella, bar and four bar stools. Four chaise lounges – great for sun seekers and naps!

The inside of the house has two large great rooms. One with sectionals, comfy chairs and a 75″ smart TV. Ready for a game night, movie night or just visiting. The second great room has a pool table, gas fireplace, and two more seating areas. Plenty of space to cheer on the game or turn the chairs to cozy up to the fireplace.

We've updated the entire 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom interior with new flooring, brand new furniture, and paint in 2021. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. With one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. 3 King beds & 1 Queen Bed + 2 sets of bunk beds and a futon. The main floor also has a laundry room with a new washer and dryer for your convenience.

Plenty of pool towels provided, along with bath towels, robes, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom.

The second floor also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a small refrigerator, Kuerig, pour over coffee maker, French press and hot water kettle for your early morning coffee or late night beverages.

* There is an extra fee if you decide to heat the pool. Depending on the temperature in Glendale, AZ it is between $100 to $220 per day. But so worth it for a winter getaway to the sun!

The heat barely bothered us with the pool, and the backyard had great shade from the trees and gazebo with misters. It was very central to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the Salt River for tubing."

"We couldn’t have been happier with the house and all of its amenities. There were 7 of us who went to Glendale for spring training and the house was the perfect place to relax, hangout and just catchup. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful yard as well as playing in the pool. I highly recommend staying at Maria’s house and enjoying time with family and friends."

Maria's listing was everything they said online. check-im was extremely easy. the place was very well cleaned upon check-in and had everything we needed and more. Most Airbnbs i have stayed in have just the basics. Our stay here made us feel like we were at home. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and things to do. Everything in the kitchen which made it easy for us to find what ee needed. The area around the house had tons of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. The house was very relaxing and provided lots of entertainment should you choose to stay home. We had a minor issues with the t.v. outside which was immediately addressed and taken care of. Maria and Doug were easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. My military brothers and I get together every year to celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday and Veterans day, we would all pur Maria's place at the top of the list of favorites. I would HIGHLY recommend stay at Arrowhead Oasis. Thank you Maria and Doug!!!

Maria’s home was truly an oasis. It had absolutely everything we needed and honestly didn’t even need to leave the home. Plenty of space within each room. Living room had enough seating for our whole group of 8 to watch movies and play board games. Kitchen had all the essentials and more! We BBQd and cooked plenty, and it was so convenient to have Costco and Walmart so close by for groceries! We spent most of the time outside with the hot tub, pool, golf, ping pong table, and so much more. The heat barely bothered us since we had the pool, but it was such a nice added bonus that the backyard has amazing shade from the trees and the gazebo had misters all long the sides. Plus it was very central to different areas. We were able to go to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and even the Salt River to go tubing. And best of all, Maria was great at communicating. Always prompt, very friendly, and super accommodating! Would absolutely stay again
